Space 207

EGS Projects delivered the external forecourt revitalisation of Space 207, enhancing accessibility, public amenity and tenant experience within a live commercial environment while maintaining uninterrupted public access throughout construction. Delivered under a Design & Construct contract, the project involved extensive demolition, excavation and civil works, followed by the installation of new paving, landscaping, drainage, seating, street furniture and accessibility upgrades. Significant stakeholder coordination and authority management were required to support delivery within an active commercial precinct. Through careful staging, traffic management and programme control, EGS successfully maintained safe public access while completing the project. The result is a revitalised public domain that improves functionality, presentation and the overall experience for tenants, visitors and the surrounding community
