EGS Projects delivered the staged refurbishment of the Ground Floor Lobby and End of Trip facility at Darling Park T03, enhancing the arrival experience and workplace amenities within a premium commercial environment.
The asset renewal project was delivered within a live office building and carefully staged to maintain building operations while minimising disruption to tenants. Works included the complete refurbishment of end of trip facilities, bespoke joinery, lockers, flooring, wall finishes, and upgrades to mechanical, hydraulic and electrical services to improve functionality and compliance.
Stage two included a comprehensive lobby refurbishment featuring architectural joinery, upgraded finishes and coordinated trades delivery to create a cohesive, high-quality environment. The result is a modern and revitalised workplace amenity that enhances tenant experience while supporting the long-term value of the asset.
