External Refurbishment
EGS Projects delivered an external refurbishment project at TAFE NSW Wetherill Park, enhancing campus presentation, accessibility and the overall arrival experience for students, staff and visitors.
The education refurbishment project included upgrades to entry areas, walkways and external circulation spaces, transforming an underutilised area into a modern and welcoming campus environment. Delivered under a Design & Construct contract, the works required close collaboration with TAFE NSW, JLL and Bokor Architecture to align with broader campus improvement objectives.
Undertaken within a live educational environment, the project required careful planning, stakeholder coordination and site management to minimise disruption while maintaining a safe campus for students and staff. The result is an improved public realm that enhances accessibility, functionality and campus identity.
