SPACE 207

EGS Projects delivered a staged commercial refurbishment and fitout at Space 207, transforming multiple floors within an occupied office building to support future leasing opportunities and tenant requirements.

The asset renewal project included cold shell strip-outs, warm shell upgrades, lift lobby refurbishments and amenity improvements across Buildings A and B. Delivered within a live commercial environment, the works required careful staging, services coordination and compliance management to maintain building operations while preparing the spaces for future occupation.

Working in collaboration with Aware Real Estate, Cerno Projects, Knight Frank and Cottee Parker, EGS successfully delivered a high-quality refurbishment that enhanced tenant appeal, supported leasing outcomes and maximised the long-term value of the asset. Sustainability initiatives, including furniture reuse assessments and waste reporting, also supported the client's environmental objectives.
