EGS Projects delivered the hospitality fitout for Flaminia Restaurant at Pullman Quay Grand Sydney, transforming an existing space into a premium dining destination within a live hotel and residential environment.
Delivered under a compressed 12-week programme, the project required extensive services coordination, bespoke joinery and carefully staged construction to maintain guest access and minimise disruption to hotel operations. The fitout incorporated high-quality finishes, custom architectural elements and complex design detailing, creating a refined hospitality venue aligned with the Pullman brand.
Working closely with Accor, Studio Gram and the consultant team, EGS successfully delivered a premium hospitality refurbishment that balanced design excellence, operational requirements and programme certainty within a complex live environment.
