Martin brings 20+ years' experience delivering projects across office fitouts, refurbishments and complex live commercial environments, including premium CBD workplaces and operational buildings where access, noise, safety and stakeholder management are non-negotiable. Joining EGS in 2025, he brings a deep, practical understanding of what it takes to run a tight site - from early enabling works through to finishing trades, commissioning support and handover.
Martin is known for being calm under pressure and solution-focused, with a sharp eye for buildability and the detail that makes projects land well at the end. He supports smooth delivery through clear site reporting and confident use of project systems, helping teams stay aligned on progress, costs and closeout.
